Life is as usual, a bit exciting and tiring cos Ms Tan die die saturday must plan something thrilling.

Sat I'm gg for 25km Passion Run!

Super not passionate abt it..seriously..hahhaa.
Haven't been running so frequently..lost form lost shape.
Standchart run registration is On!
Still thinking whether 21 or 42..

I have ballooned back into a fatty already..
But no worries, will get my double chin removed soon..soon...
With Perserverance and Determination, anything is achieveable.
That's juz in theory though.
Weight Gain/Lost = Total Calories Eaten - Total Exercise
The Calories i pump into my sexy arse is quite a worry.

Work is really tiring..duno what the hell i am doing..

This year is a very busy period with all the exercises gg on..

Recently my brain has been like a washing machine, trying to churn out ideas abt what to blog at nite.
Guess its cos i am more comfortable with my job now.

I have been back exercising several times a week.
Sometimes run, sometimes swim, sometimes juz static exercises at home.
CHinese New Year is COmIN!!!!!!

Time to shave off the fats before new ones come in during CNY.

I went back to my ex-company today.
Thats the happiest moment.
Old frens.
Crappy frens.
Bitchy frens.

My current job is a very good and challenging experience.
As much as i whine abt it, Its a love and hate thingy.

They said i slim down.
Which makes me very happy.
But i know its simply becos i got more tan, darker, make me look slimmer.
Cos of the mosquitoe walks last week which got me all black and yoyo oh so hip.

Once we went down on pumping position in our shirt and pants along with all the young cadets.

And since we were soldiers, we hear down, instant we go down pumping position w/o thinking.

Something juz reminded me "WE ARE SOLDIERS!" a few days ago.

Onion Soup and Pasta Cooking Day~~

Today is Cooking Day with Ms Tan!

First up. Ingredients for pasta.
1. Spaghetti
2. Smoked Salmon
3. Jap seasoning

Second. Ingredients for French Onion Soup
1. Onions. Big ones. Think is call Yellow Onions.
2. Beef Stock
3. Butter

Onion Soup
Cut Onions.

Cool eh..

Fry with Butter and Salt till brown, low low fire.
This is the most time consuming one..shld be 45mins but we did it less than 30mins.

Put beef stock cubes into boiling water together with the already brown onions.
Juz keep it boiling so that the onions will get softer.

Done! Nice nice French Onion Soup! Fart ur nite away.

Next, marinate Happy with salt and pepper.

okok...this is not china..

Cook the Spaghetti.
I didn't know u must throw the spag in this way.
Freaking ingenious move from Ms Tan, I didn't know this move man...

All the spag will soften and sink into the pot slowly..amazing..haha..

Add in the jap seasoning, throw in some button mushrooms and Smoked Salmon.

Some points i learnt from this cooking..

1. Dun put in too much butter for the frying of onion, a tad oily.
2. Jap seasoning...eh....can't read jap, its kinda salty.

After dinner is TRANSFORMER 2!
TO me... I think its freaking NIce....NON STOP ACTION.
I love these kinda Super action shows w/o any draggy stuff...
ANd Megan Fox is HOT.

This afternoon my course mates went to CHESHIRE Home for some community work.

No offence, but the first thing that struck me is that its a home for severely disabled.
I dun remember seeing any young kids there and how do they drive?

He interested in buying, says the car can be modified for the disabled. BTw..handicapped car no need COE.

Its juz a useful combo reference for all of you on Saturday nites wiv gf/bf/lovers/mistress who keep saying that Sg is boring and refuse to do the movie thingy.

There is juz for walk walk, ice cream, see cars, njoy the sea breeze(if any).

After that, head straight into Seletar whereby u can turn into Seletar East Camp for Sunset grill and pub for Buffalo Wings and Fried Mushrooms.
A word of warning, if duno the way, dun go inside there at nite, it's LIGHTLESS.
Bo $$? head out of seletar camp to Jalan Kayu for PRATA AND TEH BING!

2. Bugis / Marina Barrage
U can replace Bugis wiv Suntec/Marina Square
Shopping/Catch a movie then head down to
MARINA BARRAGE~~

3. MacRitchie Reservoir / HSBC Treetop Walk

This is for the Morning.
Pls wake up early.
Its fun, its free, its healthy.

7. Jurong Point / Jurong Hill
This is for the Folks who lives in the mountains.

This is good.

Let me tell u abt my current 三分钟热度 thingy now.
Its...
Waking up at 6.10am in the morning every weekday for a 20 min run.
So far, this is the second week and it has became a habit.

万事起头难, but once u succeeded the first time, subsequent tries became easy.
Nowadays, i sprung up even before the alarm rings.
The best part is at nite, if there's time, i still can go for swimming or another bout of running.

Research shows that:

1. Running in the morning burns 3x more fats than running at other times of the day.
Our body's glycogen storages are mostly depleted in the morning so our bodies are forced to use mostly fat.

2. Metabolism gets elevated thru out the day, reduce appetite also.

I think the best part is, there's lotsa free time at nite to do whatever u want since u already ran in the morning.

I duno how long i can last lah..
Its juz another of my experiment at slimming down.

Thats the standard practice nowadays.
